CANCELLATION POLICY & RATE:
- In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received to IGS 30 days prior to arrival date.
- If notice of cancellation is received 29days or more days prior to the arrival date : No Charge
- If notice of cancellation is received 28days to 18 days prior to the arrival date : 30% of the tour fare
- If notice of cancellation is received 17days to 09days prior to the arrival date : 60% of the tour fare
- If notice of cancellation is received 08days to 1days prior to the arrival date : 100% of the tour fare
Extra hours for coach & guide will be on advance booking and subject to availability
