Documents Required for a South Korean Visa

Passport:

Your passport must be valid for six months with three blank pages.

ITR:

1. Individual Income Tax Return (2 Years) 2.Business Personal ITR (3 Years)

Photographs:

Two passport-sized colour photographs with a white background.

Cover Letter:

This letter includes the reason for your visit.

Visa Application Form:

This form must be duly filled out and signed by the applicant.

Health Condition Form:

Available at Visa Application Centre and Online.

Declaration Form:

Available at Visa Application Centre and Online.

Proof of Accommodation:

Show proof of your hotel reservation in South Korea.

2. Document Submission

Submit all the documents required for your visa application.

Additional Requirements

1. For Employed People

Leave approval certificate with company seal and signature. Your salary slips for the last six months.

2. For Self-Employed People

Your business registration documents, such as GST and MOA. Your firm’s bank statement for the last six months.

3. For Students

Your school
college ID card.
Your student enrollment certificate.

4. For Minors

Your birth certificate
No objection certificate from parents.
Your parent’s ID proof, such as their passport or PAN card.

5. For Visiting Friends

An invitation letter. Provide proof of your inviter’s ID, such as your passport. Address proof. Your proof of relationship with the inviter.

6. For Business Visa

An invitation letter from your South Korean company highlights the reason for your trip.
A cover letter from your Indian company on the letterhead.
